British Consular information

  1. We aim to provide a high quality service so we are keen to receive feedback that we can use to assess our performance and improve the way we provide our services.

To that end, FCO is launching a customer survey and will be collecting feedback from customers on our consular services.  The survey will be permanently available on our gov.uk pages so that customers can feedback whenever they want but we intend to push for data collection during two specific months, 1-30 April and 1-30 September 2014.  So please please encourage family, friends and contacts to complete the survey between tomorrow and up to the end of the month.

The page is not yet live but should be available from tomorrow on our gov.uk website at https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/foreign-commonwealth-office/about/research.  Once the survey is live the customers will be able to click on a link that will take them to the survey.  This will be displayed as tellfco@mazepoint.com

Should they wish to complain about a FCO consular service, our complaints procedure can be found at https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/foreign-commonwealth-office/about/complaints-procedure

  1. Again from tomorrow, consular section opening hours change to Monday to Thursday 8.00am – 12.00pm

Thank you all

Consular Section
